At Lifts Every Voice, services are provided on a private-pay basis. This allows for individualized, family-centered care that is tailored to your child's unique strengths, needs, and goals without the restrictions that can sometimes accompany insurance-based services.

Superbills
Upon request, families may receive a superbill that can be submitted to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Please note:
Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Coverage varies by insurance plan.
Families are responsible for contacting their insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits.
Insurance
At this time, Lifts Every Voice is a private-pay practice that does not participate in insurance networks and does not bill insurance directly.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
